My Halloween Costume (My Life Wednesday)

Hi Everyone!

 

Tomorrow is Halloween! So in the spirit of Halloween I am going to share with you what I am going to wear out on Halloween and this weekend. I was not sure what I wanted to be but I knew I did not want to spend a bunch of money on a costume. Costumes are crazy expensive! I decided to be a tiger. I got a cheap pair of tiger ears that came with a bow and a tail but I am not wearing the tail. I thought I was just going to wear all black but I decided to make a tutu which I am going to show you.

My Ears!

 

 

This is my tutu. Now normally you wrap the pieces around the elastic but that was just to bulky for me so instead I glued the pieces and then glued the black ribbon over it so it was neat and clean. This way I used ribbon, fabric, and tulle. I also added the bow that was originally supposed to go around my neck to the skirt because I thought it was way cuter here. I plan to wear a black skirt underneath. This way you do have to tie it in the back.

 

 



 

Makeup & Nails

 

For my nails I am adding fake tips and making them into claws and then painting them black and then I am doing my makeup like a cat which can be seen in the pictures down below!

 

I am going to add these but I only had one pair so didn't put them on.

Hi Everyone!

Happy lazy Sunday. I hope that everyone had a fabulous weekend, I know that I did. Normally I sit at my desk to write these but today my office is from my bed. My Fall & Winter Makeup (My Life Wednesday)

Hi Everyone!

 

Today is my life Wednesday and even though it is already well into fall I just changed out my makeup. Normally I don't have my daily makeup siting up on my dresser but I thought I would change it up for fall. I am going to share with you some of my beauty products that I am loving for fall and winter.

NAIL POLISH

I keep three nail polishes up in a little glass tray. I picked out these because they are perfect for fall and winter. I have them out so that I remember to wear them and don't have to dig around in my nail polish looking for fall colors.

 

 

 

 

 

LIPSTICK & LIPGLOSS

 

For fall I love neutral lipsticks. I like ones that have a little bit of gold in them. Subtle berry colors I think are also really good for fall and I love wearing.

For fall I like to use different color eyeliners then just black. I use navy and brown. During the winter I still use a lot of black eyeliner though. For fall I like to use brown eye shadows and the more towards winter blacks. Purple and berries are other colors I like to use.

Even though it is not beauty related I love candles. I was so happy when my mom brought me this candle when she came up to visit me at school. My favorite fall scents are backed goods. This one is called sugar cookie and I love it.
