Jewlery Haul! (Fashion Friday)

Hi Everyone!

 

So last Friday as everyone knows was Black Friday. I did not go out shopping what I did though was shopped online. Now what I found out was that Urban Peach Boutique was having 50% off everything on there site. There prices were already pretty affordable so when I saw this I jumped at my chance to get a few things that I wanted to add to my jewelry collection. I love jewelry. I love accessorizing and did not really get into jewelry until just a couple of years ago so my jewelry collection is pretty thin. Today though I am going to share with you the nine new pieces I bought for only $50 which included free shipping. I don't know about you but that was a pretty good deal!

As you can see the prices of these items are extremely reasonable and they match up with Forever 21's prices. I have ordered something from here before and I love it! I think that the quality is better than Forever 21's though. Right now they are even having a promotion of three necklaces for $30. I think that is a pretty good deal since most of there necklaces are between $15-$25.

I shared what I bought and have and now I am going to share a few things that are on my wish list.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 I cannot wait for them to arrive and to see them. But I wont get to see them until Christmas because I compromised with my mother. She said I could get them if I had them shipped to my house back home, not at college, and then she could wrap the box up for Christmas.

Display Windows (My Life Wednesday)

Hi Everyone!

 

For my Fashion Promotion class one of our assignments requires setting up three window displays. I am in a group with five other people and on Monday we just finished up our last display. I thought it would be fun to share with you pictures of our displays along with a few other ones.

Putting together window display was way harder than I thought it was going to be but it was also kind of fun. It is interesting to here what other groups say about our displays and sometimes people can be quite mean in there comments.

Today it was funny my group was down critiquing the other ones and some girls walk by and go "Scandalous New Years" and "Slutty Dresses" I was thinking they were crazy and they are. It is New Years this is what people wear for New Years and in no way are they scandalous or slutty.

Catching Fire Review! (Bonus Post Sunday)

Hi Everyone!

 

Yes I know today should be a top 10 list but I just can not help but want to discuss Catching Fire.

 

Let's Get Started!

 

 

To start off this will more than likely have spoilers for this movie so if you have yet to see it stop here and do not read on. To start off I loved the movie and I did read the books. For the most part I thought that the movie followed the book pretty well. I read them almost a year and a half ago so maybe I forgot some stuff but what do you guys think? Do you think that it followed the book well?

 

 

I loved how it was filled with action from beginning to the end. It felt like I sat down and a minute later I was getting up because it was over. I did not find myself at points going this is boring or getting sow like some movies. I did not find any part boring or slow.

 

 

I decided to make a little movie quiz that I encourage you all to fill out and leave below.
